Brief Answer:
keep the area dry

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you for writing to HCM.

A small spot on the concha which bleeds little on touch but is not swollen or discoloured may be due to a viral infection or cartilaginous injury. A photograph of the region will be helpful.

It is advised that you keep the area dry and do not try to touch or scratch the region. If it is not sore or discoloured it is probably not something to be worried about.

If it does grow in size or color, a biopsy may be taken by an ENT specialist to confirm the lesion. Until then it is advised that the lesion be left alone. This may be self limiting.

Hope this helps. Do let me know if you have any further questions. Do share a photograph (if possible) of the lesion to help me give more specific advice.
