What Does A Small Lump In The Breast While Breastfeeding Indicate?

I have a 6-month old baby girl. I am continuing breastfeeding. I have a small lump in my left breast. I observed it around 4 months back. I consulted a doctor regarding that, she suggested seradic tablets. I used 10 tablets as daily 1 tablet. But it didn't go. I still feel it's there. It is hard and may be of size 2cmx2cm. It's not moving. I am not getting pain because of it. I feel milk flow is also not affected.
I am attaching my previous doctor checkup form here.
Which medication/suggestion you prefer?
If I need to consult a doctor again, do I need to consult a gynecologist or a surgeon? What should I do now? Please suggest.
Thanks you.
