As per your report, I think the changes are secondary to inflammation. Generally I see such changes following intake of some hot food stuff. Do you feel you had this after food?
It could be some allergic reaction or due to some antibiotic reaction. I don't think this is something serious to be worried about.
Perhaps if it persists for more than 1 week then consult ENT specialist / oral surgeon.
