What Does Abdominal Pain Indicate While On Hydrocortisone?

Question: I am experiencing soreness on my left abdomen. It is sore to the touch and a stabbing type pain. When standing up from a sitting position it is hard to straighten up due to the pain. I have had 4 or 5 bowel movement in the last 2 days but never feel complete. I am taking hemorrhoid medication for 5+ years hydrocortisone 2.5% Never had this pain on this side of my abdomen before .

I have no fever or weakness just the stabbing pain / disconfort.

I am on Vacation so all meals are restaurant type some spicy but that has not been a problem in the past, No radiation or medication other that Ionic iron supplement that I have been taking for over a month now due to blood test showing a low iron count.
I have a fat roll at belt height that the pain is in from just left of my navel to my side. I had a similar pain on the other side of my abdomen that was from a lymes on set.

* Recommendations at present for better recovery

- Drink plenty of liquids .
- Consume soft , light diet till possible with organic fresh fruits , fresh curd
preferable .
- Avoid oily , spicy , non veg , hot beverages , junk foods , dairy fat till possible .
- Avoid smoking , alcohol if using .

- Intake of proton pump inhibitor ( as prilosec 20 mg ) along with Aleve will
provide better relief .
- Application of heating pad for 3 - 4 minutes 2 times a day .
- Sudden jerky movements are not advisable .

* Later on consult with your doctor and take ultrasound examination for final
diagnosis & further management .
