Thanks for your query ,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have undergone prostate biopsy very recently and have Hematospermia .
It is known to get bleeding after prostate biopsy and it is due to hitting one of the vessels in prostate by the biopsy needle .The resultant bleeding gets mixed with semen causing Hematospermis .
Normally it gets resolved within a4-5 dsys .
Take antibiotic like Cefotaxime twice daily for a week .
Ensure to drink more water .
Avoid sexual activities for a week .
There is nothing to be worried about .It will get resolved within a week .

The bleeding from Prostate immediately after biopsy occur due to injury to blood vessels during biopsy or after few days due to infection secondary to process of biopsy where infection sets in due to puncture of infective foci in prostate ..
It will get resolved with antibiotics and anti inflammatory medications and drinking more water..
