I can understand your concern. This is common to see such symptoms in a lot of individuals having some psychotic disorder especially schizophrenia. They develop symptoms like someone is conspiring against them or someone might try to kill them. Suspiciousness is commonly seen in such patients. Other patients also develop complaints of hearing voices or voices saying derogatory words to them. Full form hallucinations are also seen.

As per my opinion Zyprexa is right drug for your symptoms. Though it is causing side effects of dry mouth in your case still the drug will help to reduce the symptoms and you will feel better. These symptoms will go away with regular therapy of Zyprexa.
