Following answer to your query.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Your symptoms doesn't seems related to pacemaker problem because your BP and HR are normal during discomfort periods.

Other analysis and examinations are needed to find out what have caused your concerns.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations :
- blood work
- ecg
- cardiac echo
- holter monitoring

Hope this was of help!
Wish you health!
