Brief Answer:
It is important to rule out tuberculosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Hilar nodes may be enlarged due to infection, inflammation, lymphoma etc.
You need proper evaluation of thorax. Contrast CT scan of thorax should be done for proper evaluation. CT scan can also assess other enlarged lymph nodes, parenchymal infiltration (which can be missed in X-rays) etc.

From the attached reports, it is clear that you also have generalized lymphadenopathy. Enlarged hilar nodes may be part of this. Biopsy of lymph nodes can be done after evaluation.

Cough with productive sputum may be due to tuberculosis (though you don't have fever). PCR test can be done for confirmation. Tubercular lymph nodes are generally necrotic in nature which can be well depicted in contrast CT scan.
Increased ESR also suggests infection inside the body.
