Question: I feel a heart beat at my finger tips, mostly when i'm sleeping. Is it Heart disease and is there any solution. My email is YYYY@YYYY

I read your query and understood your concerns.

What you are experiencing it's not necessary related to heart disease. It may be a normal finding in patients with a normal heart. During sleep due to the quite ambient at nigh it's very common to experience heart beats and palpitations.

If you were my patient I would recommend to do the following examinations:
- Blood work including thyroid hormones
- Ecg
- Cardiac echo
- Holter monitoring

If everything will be ok, there's nothing to worry about.
