Brief Answer:
Tried to explain / interpret in simple way...

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query and Medical history as the answer to your problem is in the Medical history you have provided.

The basic CAUSE of findings on the Endoscopy and even the diabetes and high blood pressure is ANXIETY, and its control will help you get a great relief from all your medical conditions...

I have copied and pasted the report as you have posted... for ease of explanation and understanding.

1. Irregular Z line:: there is a line of demarcation between the esophagus ( the tube that connects mouth and throat to the stomach) and the stomach. This is called Z-line as it is always irregular. Irregular does not always mean abnormal unless the biopsy is take ( not taken in your case)

2. Hiatal/ Hiatus hernia at the Cardia :: Hernia is when a part of the body is pushed to such an area where it should not have been. In your case, The upper part of the stomach ( Cardia) is in the chest. Normally it remain in the abdomen only.

3. Erythema in the whole examined a\duodenum :: Erythema is redness in a usual language. It is present in the first part of the small intestine which starts where the stomach ends and opens into Duodenum in continuity.

4. Erythema in the stomach body : Stomach is a dilated part where the food is churned to make into a paste. It also has rednedd ( body is the central part).
Number 3 ( DUdenum ) and 4 (Stomach)-- they took 4 biopsies to see the histological diagnosis.

Control the anxiety and all your problems will come down to minimum. ( Well, this is life- one can not be stress-free- but one can try and succeed too)

All the best. There is nothing much to worry with this report. Your worrying more will in fact increase these problems which you already have. S relax and find ways to relax completely.

There is no ulcer, no mass- so no major problem.
