Brief Answer:
Need some more details to guide you properly
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
You have not provided me any clinical details like symptoms faced. I need those to make some clinical opinion. Uploading the copy of reports would also help, as I would need the values as well.
red blood cell and MCH values are to be interpreted in conjunction with complete blood count and hemoglobin levels. Please send those.
Complement 3 high may suggest predisposition to allergies or in any inflammation.
Please revert with more details so that I can guide you better.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for sharing the reports.
I still don't have the clinical background. Still, the only real abnormality is the high complement c3 which is non specific and rises in any inflammation or allergies. All the autoantibodies are negative.
As the hemoglobin is normal, slightly high RBC count is nothing to worry about. MCH is 26.9 while lower limit is 27, basically normal. These mean that your RRBCs contain slightly lower hemoglobin per RBC but as the number of RBCs is on higher side, total hemoglobin in blood is fine.
