Question: i am a 43 year old women from last 4 months my tlc is increasing at present my tlc is 15000 what is reason behind this

I have gone through your history and reports in detail.
Increased TLC need proper clinical evaluation and further investigations.
It is important to know history of fever,cough and any other symptoms.
Increased TLC indicates that you may be suffering from some infection.
Investigations like RBS(random blood sugar),LFT(Liver function test),RFT(Renal function test),Urine RE/ME,Ultrasound of abdomen,chest X-ray (PA view)should be done.Further investigations can be done if needed.

Empirically you can take full course of broad spectrum antibiotics.
Proper treatment depend upon clinical findings and investigation reports.

Low bone density(osteopenia)is common among ladies.You can take calcium and Vitamin D supplementation.You should also take milk.

You may need tablet eltroxin 25 microgram once daily depending upon symptoms due to high TSH .
