Brief Answer:
Various causes

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Pink discharge in menopausal female can be due to senile vaginitis, cervical erosion, cervical premalignant or malignant lesions, senile endometritis or due to uterine cancer.
I Will suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist as soon as possible for proper examination internally, get a pap smear and ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
