What Does Lump Like Feeling In Throat When Suffering From Barrets Esophagus?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for contacting Healthcaremagic
With a history of Barrets esophagus and corroborative examination from ENT your symptoms appear to be secondary to Gastroesophageal reflux.
Throat symptoms secondary to GERD are called as extraesophageal manifestation of relux. The symptoms occur because of physical reflux of acidic content into the throat. The other mechanism is secondary to nerve irritation because of relux at the lower esophagus. As the nerve supply is shared injury and irritation at the lower end can produce upper gullet symptoms
Hence meet your GI and get yourself evaluated. Doing some diaphragmating exercises and having the head end of the bed elevated by 4-6 inches will also help
