Brief Answer:
Your TSH is 6.19 and not 61.19

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir,

I had an opportunity to look at your reports. Your TSH is 6.19 mIU/ml (not 61.19 as you have mentioned in your post). Also your T3 and T4 are normal. You have 'Mild Subclinical Hypothyroidism'. You do not need any treatment for Sublinical hypothyroidism at present. I would advice you to get done ANTI-TPO antibody and if the antibody is positive we may consider treating your thyroid problem.

As far as your other reports are concerned, I noticed that you HbA1c is around 8.0 which is high. I would advice you to take T. JANUVIA 100 mg (Sitagliptin) once a day in the morning in addition to the Glucoconorm G2 you are already taking. (Please ask your family physician to prescribe you the same). Please repeat your HbA1c again after 3 months and you can get back to us for the same. Also considering you age and you LDL Cholesterol of 98 mg/dl , I would advise you to taken T. ROSAVEL 10 mg once a day at bedtime . For diabetic patients we prefer to keep LDL less than 70 mg/dl (ideally as low as possible).

Spare 30 min a day for physician exercise.

Hope this answers your query.
