Brief Answer:
You will need a surgery again

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I am afraid to tell you that you will need a sinus surgery again. This is because of the ct scan showing a cyst in the maxillary sinus.

A cyst is a swelling filled with water, it slowly enlarges in size and can eventually destroy bone and surrounding sstructures, it can also get infected resulting in pain. Bexcuse of these reasons it is advisable to get operated

The thickened sinus walls is a sign of chronic sinus infection and in my patients I would normally start on steroid nasal sprays like mometasone 2 puff twice a day for 2 month's.

Although you have already undergone sinus surgery but the presence of a cyst warrants another one.

you can also try saline nasal irrigation as I have found it very useful in my patients.

Take care
