Brief Answer:
does not appear to be significant to me

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for following up.

Your disease seems to be under control.

Omentum is a curtain like structure that hangs in the abdomen and has a propensity to get affected in many cancers. But, the nodules in your scan are tiny and can be just anything. Very difficult to pinpoint.

Moreover, the CA 19-9 is normal and the small primary cancer coming back within a year in multiple omental nodules without any other manifestation is quite unlikely.

We can get another follow-up scan in 2-3 months which will be reassuring.

Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer further follow-up queries, if any.

Detailed Answer:
As I said above, these nodules are very tiny and can be normal variants. However, recurrence of cancer is always a possibility with these nodules and only follow-up can tell that it is benign only.

As these are tiny we can't do any biopsy also at this time.
