Brief Answer:
Suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis with left side septal deviation
Detailed Answer:
Hi Sir,
I have gone through your CT scan report of paranasal sinnuses; it suggests that you may be suffering from the chronic rhinosinusitis with left side of the nasal septal deviation.
I personally advised to that--
If your condition do not improved (mainly left side of nostril blocked if you have) by conservative management then better to go for the septoplasty with functional endoscopic sinus surgery.
If your condition does improved by conservative management then continue the same treatment for at least three months.
