What Does My CT Scan Report Indicate?
Question: I had upper RQ pain radiating to what should be the liver. I have a history of fatty liver, and that is all the recent CT showed. I have had 4 year prior Hiatal hernia diagnosis-7 years duodenal inflammation. After going through primary care and all that scheduling (all that shows is a slight anomaly increase in my white blood cell count). I will be seeing a GI Dr. in 3 weeks (real long referral time). Is there anything that you can suggest that I ask the Dr when I see the? There was a diaphram injury about 10 years ago and it feels like that same pain but nothing shows up on the CT
Also, I can't take NSAID's due to previous GI bleeds. What do you suggest I take for the pain?

Brief Answer:
Please upload your medical reports..
Detailed Answer:
Hi and thankyou for asking!
I read carefully all your concerns and I can say as follows:
1. I need to know when did you perfirm abdomibal CT?
do you have fever? do you have contipation/diarrhea?
2. With regards to diaphragm injury 10 years ago, I can say that it is nit related with current issue unles you have had a trauma recently.
To my opinion your symptoms may be related with:
- biliary tree Discynesia
- large bowel issues
Please can you upload to me your test results including and blood work, so I can check them by myself.
Meantime you can use Tramadol for pain. It is not an NSAID's drugs family.
Hope it was helpful to you.
