Brief Answer:
Visiting a surgeon and getting him evaluated would be the right thing to do
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
I have gone through the details. I would not worry about the cysts in the kidneys at the moment. However, there is reason to be concerned about the anechoic cyst of the liver as it could be due to a hydratid cyst. I would need to ask about the exact reasons for which you got the CT scan done and whether beef and pork are consumed by your father. I would also need to ask if your father has a habit of taking alcohol.
I would insist you to get a surgical opinion on the same.
Regards

Brief Answer:
The underlying cause needs evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for clarifying.
Since your father does not eat beef and pork, the chances of hydatid cyst is less. But still the cause of the cyst needs to be evaluated. It would have helped if I could directly go through the CT Scan plates but that is perhaps beyond the scope. In any case your treating physician should already have gone through them. I would go through the blood reports when you upload them. However, I doubt if anything conclusive will come out of it. You can also upload the doctor's notes so that I can guide you if he seems to be proceeding on the right path.
