What Does My Doppler Study Report Indicate?

Question: My Wife is 37 weeks pregnant and she has just gone through BP scan. I would like your help in order to understand if everything is fine or not.
Brief Answer:
Yes everything is fine.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Thanks for trusting hcm about her health care.
I have gone through her reports and everything seems fine.
Baby growth and weight normal according to foetal age.
Her doppler report is normal.
But before giving my opinion may I ask one question to you.
Why she had No scan as a routine investigation or she is suffering from blood pressure or something?
Hope to hear from you soon.
Good luck.
Regards

Thanks Doctor for your revert.
This scan was the routine BP scan (the final scan before delivery I guess). No issues as such till this point. This was also to see if we can have normal delivery and if baby head is fixed.
Wanted to know couple of things from you
1) What are the chances of normal delivery? Seeing this scan, can we predict.
2) My first baby was through C section (6.7 years back), so what are the chances of a VBAC (Vaginal birth after Cesarean)? And are there any risks involved in terms of the old stitches getting ruptured?
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
You can go for vaginal delivery.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the long delay in my response.
Here are the answers of your questions.
There are fair chances of normal vaginal delivery in her case but she has to go to Gynecologist and get per abdomen and pelvic examination done to see the chances of normal delivery.
As she had c- section long back, there is no pressure on stitches if she will go for normal vaginal delivery.
As such history of previous c- section is not a contraindication for vaginal delivery.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.

Thank you doctor.
I have one more question.
Off late (during last 4 weeks) she is frequently (3-4 times in a day) going to washroom to freshen up. The doctor we consulted mentioned that it is due to the Iron and calcium capsules she is taking.
Please can you share your views on this and also if this is a worrisome situation.

Brief Answer:
Your doctor opinion is right.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear,
Sorry for the very long delay in my response.
Yes your doctor opinion is right and it can be due to consumption of iron and calcium but it may settled in few days.
One more possibility is there in her case it can be due to position of a foetus( baby),if head is posterior in position it may cause this symptom.
Hope found useful.
Good luck.
