Brief Answer:
It's probably a normal one

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
In all probabilities, this is a Normal ecg especially if there are no cardiac symptoms. It is showing change in one lead, that is T wave inversion in lead 3 which is most probably a normal variant if patient is not having any chest pain or sweating. Atleast we want changes in two consecutive leads to be called significant. Still to be cent percent sure, one echo can be done, if it's normal then no need to worry.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
