
What Does My ECG Results Indicate?

Confused with test results I get that appear pretty abnormal to me, and then get told by doctors 'nothing to worry about'
eg: Type: Myocard Spect Reg Complete
ECG
BASELINE:
NSR; PVCs; ST-T Waves Abn; Poor R-Wave Prog;
STRESS:
No ST segment changes.
ARRHYTHMIAS:
VPC: Frequent
COMPLEX VEA: Couplets: Y
COMPLEX VEA: BiTri Gemini: Y
ARTIFACTS:
Soft Tissue inf; Diaphragm inf;
Also had several periods of ventricular tachycardia on Holter tests
Any thoughts?

Please Do not get confused ,you are simply suffering from ventricular tachycardia. I would like to are you suffering from chronic itching of body?
From your prescription , it seem you worry about your condition more than it calls for, please take it easy, your doctor has done a good job.
If you keep taking medicines as advised by your doctor you can lead a normal long and healthy life.
Few things I want to add, if it has all ready been advised to you are,
1.Regular exercise to your capacity , may be a brisk walk.
2.In these type of cases my patients have been benefited by YOGA immensely.
3.Avoid alcohol and coffee.
4.Avoid stress.
