I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

Regarding your ECG, I would explain that almost all parameters (intervals and amplitudes) are within the normal ranges.

The only issues, than should be taken into consideration are: Q3 T(negative)3, upslurring of S wave in V1, and a nonspecific S wave broadening in D1, aVL, and all precordial leads.

Facing this ECG pattern I would recommend you to perform a cardiac ultrasound, to rule out any possible structural cardiac disorders, and make periodic ECG follow up as prescribed by your attending doctor.

Your ECG pattern isn't specific for what has suggested ECG equipment (inferior myocardial damage). A possible pulmonary circulation disorder should be ruled out, etc.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

Feel free to ask me whenever you need. Greetings! Dr. Iliri
