Brief Answer:
Ecg and echo are nomral variants . A treadmill stress test would bethenexse
Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,
I went through both ecg and echocardiography.
As I start I would like to reassure you that both ecg and the 2 d echocardiography are nomral .
The ecg interpretation is 'early depolarisation pattern' , the reason why ST elevation is present . Now this kind of pattern is fairly normal in general population and doesn't need further evaluation in most classes.
Now just if you wish to be extra sure I would suggest you get a treadmill stress test.
Echo and ecg are both done and rest , so a treadmill will help us know how your brothers heart responds to stress. If that is nomral no further cardiac evaluation is needed at this point of time .
Also that will built his confidence that everything is fine .
You may upload the report when it's done .
Lastly your doctor is right in managing him conservatively as he doesn't have risk factors of cardiac event.
Hoping I could help .
Regards Dr Priyank Mody.
