Brief Answer:
Localization related epilepsy/MRI Brain is advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

I have gone through your son's EEG report. It is suggestive of localization related epilepsy(LRE), which has a probable focus in left posterior head region.

In 'localization related epilepsy' or 'focal epilepsy'-there is a focus of abnormal electrical discharge in brain, which here is in the left posterior head region.

Next step should be to get a MRI of brain with epilepsy protocol to look for any structural abnormality in the brain corresponding to that focus.

Meanwhile,antiepileptic medicines should be started.

If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Brief Answer:
MRI should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I must say that Dr.Ashalatha Radhakrishnan is a great neurologist and the treatment she advised must be followed. However, considering the current EEG report,I am of the opinion that MRI of Brain should be done,to see for any evident focus of seizures.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to answer else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
