Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concern.
I have worked through your report in detail.
The right kidney seems to be complete failure .
The left kidney seem to experience severe kidney loss.
The normal GFR is 90-120 ml/min.
So surgery for Right kidney may be rightly indicated.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.

So sir, if we remove right kidney then the patient how long can survive by left kidney. Is there any easy process for Kidney transplant and how it may process.
Brief Answer:
Both the kidneys have to be transplanted together.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can understand your concern.
The person with these parameters will not practically survive with a single kidney as the second one(left) is also severely compromised.
Ideally kidney transplantation has to be immediately carried out.
Either both kidneys can be transplanted at one operation or sometimes subsequently in 2 operations.
The outcome after transplantation is usually good (a decent 5 year survival rate) when aggressively managed in the post operative period.
New kidney will effectively filter the waste products accumulated in the body

could you please give some idea for the process for kidney transplantation
Brief Answer:
Relevant information provided.
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can certainly understand your concern.
A kidney transplant is a surgical procedure to place a kidney from a live or deceased donor into a person whose kidneys no longer function properly.
Your kidneys remove excess fluid and waste from your blood. When your kidneys lose their filtering ability, dangerous levels of fluid and waste accumulate in your body — a condition known as kidney failure or end-stage kidney disease.
A kidney transplant is often the best treatment for kidney failure.
Only one donated kidney is needed to replace two failed kidneys, making living-donor kidney transplantation an option.
If a compatible living donor isn't available for a kidney transplant, your name may be placed on a kidney transplant waiting list to receive a kidney from a deceased donor.
The wait is usually a few years.
The procedure can last for few hours.
Kidney transplantation is a life-extending procedure.Typical patient will live 10 to 15 years longer with a kidney transplant than if kept on dialysis.
