Brief Answer:
spomdylosis is the feature
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
I am Dr Rakesh Sharma answering your query.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through your reports of MRI, it indicates deformity at multiple levels.
You are definitely suffering from spondylosis.
And with complaints of pain in arms it becomes mandatory for you to see a neurologist.
Till then keep on taking your medication and physiotherapy, though they are of not much help in long run.
Hope I have answered your query, if any thing else, you are welcome or you can close the question by rating the answer.
Good wishes.
