Brief Answer:
Your patella tracking is little abnormal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query

I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar

After going through your query I concluded that your MRI is showing no ligament or meniscus injury but patellar tracking is little abnormal. Patella is front bone of knee. Generally its tracking (Path) is in central. In your case it is little lateral (outer side). It is likely to be structural (since birth). There is also little edema on lateral part of patella. This is cause of your knee pain. Weight reduction will reduce pain to a great extend . Quadriceps exercises are are helpful. Diacerine and glucosamine will help in reduce edema of cartilage.
Analgesic such as ibuprofen are helpful in pain relief. There is no risk of knee dislocation. But there is rare chance of patella subluxation or dislocation. You can discuss with your doctor about it.

Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.

Wishing you a good health. Take care.
