1. There is a small area of separation at the posterior junctional zone of medial meniscus. The meniscus is a ring shaped semi circular tissue which protects the opposing bone surface of knee joint during movement. The meniscus in the inner part of your right knee shows small area of separation posteriorly.
2. Patella is the knee cap, tibia is a long bone of the lower leg and femur is a long bone of the thigh and MFC is medial femoral condyle. There are changes in the cartilage over the inner part of patella, the outer part of upper end of tibia and the inner part of the lower end of femur. It is a condition which has occurred due to softening and deterioration written as chondromalacia.
3. A ganglion is a benign swelling over a joint where tendons attach and you have such a ganglion in the anterior part of upper end of tibia along inner part of knee.

Thank you for your response. I have had problems with my knee since suffering 2 falls off my push bike & landing on my right knee each time. What would be a suitable treatment option? And are the changes likely to be due to the falls or is it likely that they have occurred over time?

Earlier, surgery was recommended but now conservative treatment with rehab and rest is among the choice of treatments for such changes.
2. Controlling significant pain and any significant restriction of movement might call for surgical treatment. If there is not much pain or limitation of movement then treatment with medicine and rehab shows good results.
3. The changes are likely from the falls and you have had 2 successive falls and that has caused a combined effect.
