Question: I have an mri that no one has discussed with me, even the doctor who ordered it! Are you able to tell me what I'm looking at? Something is not right in the left front lobe. Is it a tumor?

Brief Answer:
There is white matter hypo-intensity in both frontal region.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

There is white matter hypo-intensity in both frontal region(more in left side). It may be due to many causes like ischemia(decreased blood supply),sequel of past trauma etc.
There are also few small hyper-intensities in both parietal region(more in left side),it may also indicate ischemia.

So,findings doesn't indicate any tumour.
It is important to know history of hypertension, trauma.
Findings also need clinical correlation.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
