Brief Answer:
Mainly degerative changes.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

I examined the MRI reports too.

MRI if cervical spine findings are consistent with degerative spine disease, with partial narrowing of spinal canal at C3-4, C4-5 and C5-6 levels, narrowing more prominent at C4-5 level.

Fused C5-6 in your case is related to previous surgery (ACDF).

MRI of lumbar spine too indicates that there are multilevel degerative changes, with partial narrowing of spinal canal, and herniated disc disease at L3-4 level corresponding to grade I-II.

These findings may justify pain at lumbar and cervical spine, in any leg too.

I don't see anything that may require urgent surgical treatment.

Treatment depends on the symptoms severity and may require use of NSAID drugs, physical therapy.

Spinal injections also may be used.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Greetings.
