Question: At L5/S1 level, disc degeneration, mild broad based disc prostrution is seen causing effacement ventral epidural fat. The disc is abutting the bilateral S1 nerve root.
At L4/5 level, disc bulge is seen causing indentation on the ventral thecal sac.
At L4/5 level, disc bulge is seen causing indentation on the ventral thecal sac.

Sr i have M.S since 22 years ,recently recovered from an attack,having lots of pain in my back specialy lower back ,neck and shoulder pain ,taken lots of steriods ,and mostly medicines of pain have osthoarthritis.is surgery possible,height 5.1 feet and weight is 85_kg

But here in XXXXXXX neuro surgens and neuro doc are nt in favour of surgery due to M.S they said that they cant open my spine .i will nt recover if i do so .now what to do???Can you tslk to my doc on watsapp??? Plz ans soon i am in severe pain
