What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Question: I recently had an MRI on my neck and am looking for a second opinion and best next steps based on a written report. 6 days of oral methyl predneselone. No significant relief. Pain and weakness in left arm.

What are recommended next steps? Is surgery warranted?
