What Does My MRI Scan Test Report Indicate?

As you had advised I have gotten an MRI and just now getting the photos.
I did take some pre-med classes years ago so I am very rusty, but I do believe I see a small XXXXXXX I've pointed out in photo 1.
I am sending to you my MRI photos for your review.
Also I have 3 more photos but can only send 3 at a time on this website.
Kind Regards,
XXXX
confirm on physical ex. and arthroscopy
Detailed Answer:
Thank you XXXXXXX for MRI images.
There is disruption seen in superior antero-lateral aspect of humeral head, however, interpretation by a radiologist is given on reports of MRI which may be forwarded, the anatomical feature and dimensions in an image are clearer to Radiologists specialized in the field of imaging and orthoppedicians have to bank on the report - as a final say.
Arthroscopy is one modality in the hands of shoulder surgeons/arthroscopists which they interpret by direct visualization inside a joint
Clinical findings and specific limitations of group of muscles point to the site of visualization and confirmed thereby.
As guided by me in earlier post ,you may have to visit shouder/orthopedic surgeon who does arthroscopic repair for both examination, diagnosis and for treatment.
I would think for earliest repair,if indicated in scopy to avoid weakened shoulder
Also nerve-electrophysiological studies
Best wishes,
Regards

As for seeing a DR I did do so and was told "Any MRI he would order and at the moment it would be a waste of his time to even send me".
The DR believes there isnt anything wrong more than spran was told it was impossable to have any wrist problems becuase of the sholder.
That said I set up my own appointment to get a MRI which I paid for myself as I can tell something isnt right or normol and it feel more than just a spran.
When I get my report back I send it to you
Until than my question is was i corrrect in the area in MRI photo you were speaking about? If so what measurement would it need to be to elect for surgery? Or is this somethig I am going to have to learn to live with?

Trust examining doctor for clinical co-relation
Detailed Answer:
Hi
There has to be a clinical co-relation with the finding on MRI, that is,as you wrote earlier, you cannot lift arm above 90 degrees side ways and can do so by moving it up in front.Actually this is your assessment subjectively and a doctor hs to be more objective, unless he tests all movements actively and passively, may not conclude anything just based on MRI finding, unless the finding corroborates to particular loss in movement found by physical examination and testing. As I wrote earlier ,the dimensions of tissues in imaging are best known to the radiologist doctor who has been trained the anatomical dimension in a particular pixel of image and on density of rays of imaging focussed.A technician only knows basics of running the MRI machine and little bit more on base anatomy, thats it-therefore, we may have to trust on your examining doctors findings, if he thinks MRI is required after finding clinically ,he may ask for it, if he tested the movements and found nothing significant, he may be right. It only depends who has examined you, an general doctor or a orthopedic doctor, latter may be more accurate-and if a shouder specialist examines, it would be the best diagnosis.
Yeah, wrist restriction may be due to nerves and an orthopedic doctor may also rule out local wrist joint disease, accordingly he may search for level of nerve implication which may be anywhere in upper arm or even elbow or forearm-cause for restriction of wrist has to be there-
Soo, if your doctor is calling it sprain-it may be
Try fixing appointment with an orthopedician, if not done would be my suggestion
