Brief Answer:
I think that it is inflammation of the tendon

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case. I think it is inflammation of the tendon sheath of the ankle joint and foot. I would recommend you following.
1.Hot water fomentation
2.Ankle support when you are walking. Compression bandage at night time.
3.Steroid injection can be given in tendon sheath.
4.Tablet tendocare one daily.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you.Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
