I would surely like to answer this query at my best,but I would like to know about the clinical details/symptoms/medical history of the patient.These ischemic changes have to be correlated with the clinical history,to assess their prognosis.

Further,Please upload the MRI/CT Head report.If possible,please upload the MRI CD/scanned images-so that I can answer this well.

I have gone through the images uploaded by you.Though the images are not clear,there appear to be some hypodensities in Pons,which may be ischemic lesions.
MRI Brain,is done, will make clear the exact nature of these hypodensities.

However,the things need to be interpreted in true perspective.So,please tell the clinical details/history of the patient.
