Brief Answer:
Get a neurosurgeon consultation for operative intervention

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxx,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Your right sided weakness can arise due to left paracentral lobule arachnoid cyst causing compression over motor strip.
In my opinion you should consult a neurosurgeon and get operated if you are having significant weakness of right side.
Timely treatment will make complete improvement.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.

Brief Answer:
Don't wait get a neurosurgeon consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxxxx,
The disease may progress or remain static in next 6 months but it is better to get an advice and operated if suggested.
Wait and watch policy will not be good in presence of weakness.
The delay will lead to permanent disability to some extent.
You can due physiotherapy in mean time.

Brief Answer:
Consult a neurosurgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello xxxxxx,
Headache is not directly associated with the brain lesion and may be due to some other cause like migraine.
The lesion in your brain is not of much size and thus headache due to raised intracranial pressure is unlikely.
The swelling over neck needs to be examined and investigated by USG or FNAC or Xray as suitable.
The cost of surgery depends upon many factors like hospital set up, doctor, operation procedure.
The neurosurgeon will give you a better idea regarding the cost.
Firstly visit a neurosurgeon and discuss all these issues.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Related to middle ear consult an ENT specialist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
That finding is not related to brain.
It denotes that some ear infection or recurrent middle ear infection leads to destruction of mastoid air cells in temporal bone.
You can have an opinion from an ENT specialist also.
