Having Pain In Right Deltoid. MRI Scan Revealed T1 Isointense And T2 Hyperintense Signal Noted In Supraspinatus Tendon. Meaning?

i have pain in my right deltoid since 4 months. a recent mri scan says:
1) T1 isointense and T2 hyperintense signal is noted in the supraspinatus tendon - 2cms proximal to its insertion on greater tuberosity. no obvious tear noted.
2) tiny subchondral cysts seen in humeral head - degenrative
3) mild acromio-clavicular joint arthrosis seen
4) altered signal with fraying of the anterior inferior labrum at 5 o'clock position
5) minimal joint effusion seen
other than this all else seems okay. can i correct all this with exercises and care at home??

Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hi, thanks for writing to HCM.
All the findings in the description suggests "Degenerative changes" in the shoulder joint. Regular physiotherapy may help to some extent buy will not fully correct your problems.
Self treatment is of no help. I suggest you to consult an orthopedic surgeon who has got experience in "arthroscopy" and follow his advice.
Hope this helps
