Only abnormality is mild subluxation in patella bone in lateral side.

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Now I am able to go through the reports.
MRI findings may suggests mild degenerative changes. Degenerative changes are generally age related findings,however it may be early seen in trauma,infection also.

Major findings like ligament,bones and meniscus are normal.
There are no tear in ligament and also no fracture in bones.

Only abnormality is mild subluxation in patella bone in lateral side.
There are also mild patellar chondromalacia(softening of cartilage) with possibility of linear tear(tear may be a artifact also).
Mild chondromalacia may be related to symptoms.Patient may require conservative management and physiotherapy.

There are also medial femoral and tibial plateau bony islands,these are generally incidental findings and it doesn't require any treatment.

I'm only 22, so not old enough for age to cause degenerative changes. In regards to the mixed fatty and red marrow, why was that important to note? is it normal to have more than one bony islands? can these mimic cancer? I am concerned about cancer due to that fact I have had unexplained fevers for a year, exhaustion, and EXTREME bone pain. Thanks.

Degenerative changes are not expected in your age.It may be early seen in history of past trauma etc.This need proper history taking and evaluation.

Mixed fatty and red marrow may be due to many causes.It may be age related,hematopoietic disorder etc.

As you have unexplained fever for one year,you may need thorough evaluation including bone marrow biopsy.

Findings doesn't indicate cancer,however you may need proper evaluation.

Bony islands are incidental findings and it is not concerning.
