Brief Answer:
Can heal with proper rest and immobilization.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Your MRI scan of the knee joint shows a tear of the anterior horn of lateral meniscus with age related degenerative changes of the joint and mild inflammation. This tear can heal with conservative treatment but it needs a complete rest in a knee brace with anti inflammatory pain killers for 6 weeks. After the tear heals and pain decreases regular physiotherapy will be needed to restore the joint strength and range of movement.
Do consult your orthopedician for proper prescription medicines and proper immobilization of the joint.
I hope this answers your query.
In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
Proper rest is needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The persistent pain can be due to lack of proper rest which is a must for healing. You need to get a knee brace and avoid weight bearing on the foot for at least 4-6 weeks and let the tear heal.
Hope my answer is helpful.
