Brief Answer:
Surgical removal as soon as possible

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have reviewed all the reports you have uploaded.
The reports are suggestive of a large ovarian tumour, which has a risk of malignancy, as the tumour has internal echoes and nodules, and CA 125 is rising in quantity.
Both these factors are highly suggestive of malignancy.
In such a situation, she should undergo an exploratory laparotomy, which is open surgery.
This is so because the tumour should be sent for pathological examination intra operatively, and if malignant, then its spread in the abdomen should be assessed by examination of all the organs.
No home remedy or any other medical treatment will help resolve this problem. No diet changes will help her.
In NCR, you can get appropriate treatment at hospitals like Fortis and Apollo.
Otherwise, she can go to XXXXXXX or the other medical colleges in XXXXXXX like Maulana Azad Medical College.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
