Brief Answer:
it is a measure of grade of tumor

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
XXXXXXX scale denotes the grade or aggressiveness of cancer. Two most predominant areas are graded and they are added. In your case one area is 3 out of 5 and another 4 out of 5 so added 7/10. This falls under intermediate grade.

Treatment depends upon many factors like XXXXXXX clinical stage, CT or MRI, PSA level, etc.

Hope this helps. I will be available for further follow up.
