Brief Answer:
Condition is manageable. She need iron and folic acid supplementation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings suggests decreased apolipoprotein-A1and HDL level, increased HsCRP(High sensitive C reactive protein)and homocysteine level, decreased iron and folic acid level, decreased vitamin D level, borderline increased glucose level.

Let me explain the findings in sequence.
Decreased apolipoprotein-A may be due to many reasons like uncontrolled diabetes, obesity, medicines, obesity, chronic renal disease etc. This need clinical correlation.

HDL level is mildly decreased. This is considered as good lipid. It can be increased by increasing physical activity like exercise, brisk walk etc. There are no medicines to increase it.It is good that other parameters of lipid profile are normal.

HsCRP and homocysteine level are increased.HsCRP is increased in infection, risk of heart disease etc.Increased homocysteine may be due to aging, folic acid deficiency(from which you are suffering),smoking, renal disease etc.

Findings also suggest decreased iron and folic acid level.
Decreased MCHC is related to low iron level.
Patient should take iron rich food like green leafy vegetables etc.If she is non -vegetarian then she may also take fish, chicken etc.
She may also take combination tablet of iron-zinc supplementation.Along with iron she can take one glass of lemon water for better absorption of iron.Folic acid supplementation can also be taken. One tablet is to be take daily.

Findings also suggests decreased vitamin D level.Patient may need Vitamin D supplementation. It is available in XXXXXXX or tablet form. One tablet is to taken weekly for 8 consecutive weeks. Then one tablet can be take monthly for six months.
Patient should also expose herself to sunlight at least for 5 mins daily.
Patient may also take calcium rich food.

Blood sugar level is acceptable.

Other findings are within normal limit.

Hope I have answered your query.

Brief Answer:
Finding should be corroborated by a clinician.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings suggests mildly decreased apolipoprotein-A.As we discussed, generally it is due to reasons like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, obesity, medicines, obesity etc.It is also found in renal problem. This need clinical evaluation by a physician.Findings should be corroborated by physical examination.
As renal tests are fine,it may be due to simple reasons as we discussed above.
