please provide clinical details.

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
Before these results can be interpreted correctly, I need your clinical details. Please tell why all these tests were done? What are your problems/ complaints? If you have diabetes/ high blood pressure/ heart attack/ angina or stroke? Do you smoke or take alcohol? If yes, mention quantity. What is your usual blood pressure?
Waiting for your reply.
Sincerely

Hi Dr,
Since I am 36 years old and have never done a full body checkup, I thought of doing the same.

Currently I suffer from no ailments or heart related issues.

My BP is 80-130

I do not have diabetes also

Never suffered a heart stroke

However had a mitral valve prolapse history when I was 20 years old.I take alcohol probably twice a month. Social drinker. Do not smoke

Brief Answer:
please see details.

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
C- reactive protein or CRP is promoted as one of the novel risk factors for heart disease or stroke. However it is yet to be standardized or accepted by most international bodies. Moreover the therapy for high crp is yet to be standardized. The best approach is to take general preventive measures like avoiding smoking, fatty foods, keeping optimal weight, daily exercise and stress free life style. Since your lipid profile is normal and you do not have diseases as yet, you are not candidates for stations.
Similar to crp, homocysteine is not a standard marker. If someone has history of heart attack or stroke before the age of 40 or similar family history, homocysteine may be important but it is marginally high in your case. Need no intervention.
Vitamin D is low and need supplementation. It can be given orally or as an injection. Do take a prescription from your doctor.
Marginally raised lipase with normal amylase in absence of symptoms, need no further workup. However if feasible, avoid alcohol to protect yourself.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder

Brief Answer:
Folic acid supplementation needed

Detailed Answer:
Dear Sir
1. No you need not to take any further test right now. If your physician wants you may get some more tests related to vitamin D.
2. I would like to draw your attention to the fact that beside above four parameters one more parameter is out of range. Your folic acid levels are less than normal and will require oral supplementation. Do take a prescription for same also.
Sincerely
Sukhvinder
