What Causes Lower Abdominal Pain Inspite Of Normal Blood Tests?
i have lower abdomen pain for 1 hour & then went for Blood test & USG. In Lipase test, Lipase value is 392 U/L & SGPT (Lever function test) is 48 U/L USG is showing Pancreas is normal & other test results are normal. Is it very alarming condition? I am able to take normal food & no vomiting is there. Please suggest
HI Well come to HCM I really appreciate your concern, lower abdomen pain may have several reason and it may differ both in male and female, if the USG test is not makeable then it is nothing to worry, the pain could be due to colic, it may be due to vague feeling, nonspecific pain may last for few minutes and then goes away even may not need any treatment, but try to come out the stress, forget about the pain, if the pain still continue then it may requires MRI and CT studies, colonoscopy and other imaging studies hope this information helps.
