What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

My SGPT were detected at 68 during office normal routine blood tests. I am afraid that what is happening with my liver? I also had a fatty lever last year.
I consulted one Ayurvedic doc and he suggested me to take XXXXXXX Totla Kwath twice day. Is it sufficient to bring it down? What else is needed?
Please also suggest what to eat and what not to eat in breakfast/lunch/dinner?

Detailed Answer:
Hai,
Find the below clarification.
1.Where can I get these medicines? What are the other names (Hindi/English) of these medicines?
- You can get in any Ayurveda shops. English: Eclipta prostrate, Hindi name: Bhangra, Bhangaraiya
2. What are the side effects of these medicines?
- This medicine got no side effects. Many years in Ayurveda this medicine is used for liver related problems.
3. Does these medicines have any impact on Kidney?
- Certainly not.
4. How long do I need to take these medicines?
- 3 months
5. Are there any other medicines to be avoided while above medicines being taken by the patient?
- No restriction. Kindly avoid non veg and fatty foods.
6. There are many values in the bold under CBC. What is the significance?
- In my opinion your CBC report doesn’t show any abnormality. It is not significant. Highlighted values not significant to interpret. If you are not convinced kindly get an opinion from a clinical hematologist.
7. Even HScrp is high, what is the significance? How do I reduce it?
- CRP shows average risks. But we cannot conclude with this single value. You can read the interpretation given below in the lab report.
As per your concern, CRP can be watched in periodic manner. Then we can have an opinion with your treating physician. Every lab value should be correlated with the clinical findings.
Clinical findings is given priority when a physician treat a patient. Lab values comes secondary.
Hope I answered the query.
