Brief Answer:
ESR is a non specific finding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I have gone through your findings in detail.
Your findings may suggest mildly raised ESR.
ESR is a non specific finding and it may be increased in many conditions like infection, inflammation, carcinoma etc.
In your case,it may be due to cough. You may need antibiotics. You can continue cough syrup.Cough syrup can be taken 5 ml thrice in a day.
ESR may be normal again after control of infection.

You shouldn't worry much about minor finding. You are safe.

I suggest regular monitoring of blood pressure.Present findings suggest pre- hypertension stage.
If blood pressure is persistently raised then you may need anti-hypertensives.

Rest of the findings are normal.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

You shouldn't worry much about ESR.As we discussed earlier,it is a non specific finding.
Your ESR is only mildly raised. It may be normal in past illness.

You may need regular monitoring of blood pressure.I suggest monitoring of blood pressure twice daily for at least 5 consecutive days.
It is not persistently raised then it is not concerning.
Blood pressure may shoot due to many causes like anxiety etc.
