Brief Answer:
Have 2 monthly vitamin D 60000 iu
Detailed Answer:
Hi Mr XXXXXXX
Welcome back to HCM. I have gone through your questions and understand your concerns.
Your latest report is fairly OK. You now need maintenance dose of vitamin D which is 1000 iu daily ( available as vitamin D capsules) or 60,000 iu every 2 months. You can retest after 6 months, 2 months after the last dose. Based on that report we can adjust the dose.
If you have persistent aches and pains check your ESR and uric acid.
Hope I have answered your questions. If you have any further questions, I will be pleased to help you.
