Brief Answer:
Hello. It suggests anemia

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through the details. So if iam not wrong, you have a hemoglobin of 7.6 and ferritin of 50.bith of which suggest iron deficiency anemia. You will require evaluation for the cause of iron deficiency. Once cause is ascertained, treatment is easy by iron supplements.
Thanks and regards
